Show Notes
In this episode of the Waffling Taylors podcast, we continue our talk with long time friend of the show
and both Squidgey and my self
G.
I loved listening back to this episode when I was editing it, hearing G and Squidgey talk about all fo the fun they’ve had playing these games together was such fun. For instance, G and Squidgey introduce us to the Flash-bang Head-bang dance party
available in Splinter Cell
Squidgey reminisces over the Death Wish missions on Pay Day 2 that he and G would play together. They both discuss the music produced specifically for the game by DJ Alesso, and how they would often make their characters bounce up and down, dancing to the music in the game.
G also discusses the best way to one or two shot your way to delivering double barrel death to the jugernaughts in the game; Squidgey also explains the “anime takedown”, and they also talk through hilarious ways to survive The Cook Off.
Squidgey and G reminisce about Eilte: Dangerous
lots of reminiscing in this episode
especially how Squidgey went straight for pro mode, with a full on HOTAS flight controller. One with 12ty-Bajillion (which is the technical term) buttons
see the Links of Interest section for a link to the HOTAS controller that he uses
We made the joke about Call of Duty not having a single player mode, and this episode was recorded before it was announced that the latest Call of Duty wouldn’t have a single player mode
